Dr Harry Ziman founded PHS Consulting in 2003 after a successful senior management career in the chemical industry, in not only R&D but also business and technology management.His career then took him to the boardroom of a Sunday Times Fast Track 100 company operating in the training and workforce development sector.

He became interested in education leadership and is now frequently approached to chair schools that are in very challenging circumstances and has been instrumental in the formation of new multi-academy trusts. He was designated him as a National Leader of Governance in the first cohort, he joined the Board of the National Governors Association and was head-hunted by the Independent Academies Association.

Pauline Ziman is a chartered statistician, with over 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry as a consultant statistician, working in a global group performing projects all over the world for one of the largest oil companies, now providing PHS Consulting with consultant statistician services.

Sebastian Ziman performs a multitude of services for PHS Consulting. He undertakes data analysis, initial research and prepares diagrams as well as running the office and providing ICT support.
